Responsibilities

- Assess the condition of received merchandise, flagging any damaged or non‑conforming items for further review.
- Sort and stage products in designated storage zones, ensuring optimal space utilization and easy retrieval.
- Document discrepancies and communicate findings promptly to supervisors and procurement teams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to company housekeeping standards.
- Utilize a company‑provided motorbike for short‑range transfers between the hub and nearby loading docks, complying with all traffic and safety regulations.
- Assist with periodic cycle counts and support inventory reconciliation processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including shipping, quality control, and customer service—to resolve order issues quickly.
- Participate in regular training sessions on warehouse management systems (WMS) and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Gender: Male (as per operational safety guidelines).
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Transportation: Own motorbike with a valid SIM C license.
- Residence: Must live within a 15‑minute commute from the Pringapus hub.
