Responsibilities

  • Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing to generate new leads, promote products, and secure orders.
  • Identify and qualify prospective customers through cold calling, networking events, and local market research.
  • Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly, tailoring the pitch to meet each client’s specific needs.
  • Maintain accurate daily activity logs, sales reports, and customer databases using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Coordinate with the internal logistics and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve any order issues.
  • Follow up on leads, handle objections, and negotiate terms to close sales while adhering to company policies.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, share market insights, and contribute ideas for promotional campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on product performance, competitor activities, and emerging market trends to help shape future strategies.
  • Uphold the company’s brand reputation by demonstrating professionalism, honesty, and a customer‑first mindset at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, canvassing, or a related field.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel for basic administrative tasks.
  • Residency in Palangka Raya or willingness to relocate.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Attributes such as honesty, creativity, responsibility, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Self‑motivated with a goal‑oriented mindset and the resilience to handle rejections constructively.
