We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Beauty Advisor to join our retail team in Kudus. This full‑time position is ideal for a motivated individual who is passionate about cosmetics, skincare, and personal grooming, and who enjoys helping customers discover products that enhance their natural beauty. As a key member of our sales floor, you will represent a leading beauty brand, delivering exceptional service in a vibrant, fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers, providing personalized beauty consultations that address individual skin types, preferences, and lifestyle needs.
- Demonstrate product usage, conduct live make‑up and skincare trials, and educate shoppers on the benefits of each item.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest beauty trends, new product launches, and competitive offerings to offer informed recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling, cross‑selling, and loyalty program enrollment.
- Manage stock levels on the sales floor, replenish merchandise, and ensure displays are tidy, well‑organized, and visually appealing.
- Process transactions accurately, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain a clean and safe checkout environment.
- Gather customer feedback, record preferences in the CRM system, and communicate insights to the store manager for inventory planning.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product workshops, and promotional events to continuously improve product expertise.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve store‑wide objectives, share best practices, and foster a supportive work atmosphere.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged between 18 and 28 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Beauty Advisor, FMCG sales representative, cosmetics specialist, or SPG.
- Physical proportions within company standards (maximum 58 kg weight and minimum 160 cm height) and a polished, professional appearance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales targets in a retail setting.
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup techniques, and skincare regimens.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English language skills are a plus.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional promotional events.
