Introduction
Artaboga, a leading player in the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our sales force as Manajer Penjualan Motoris (Produk FMCG). In this role you will be the face of our popular snack and food brands—such as TANGO, FULLO, WAFFLE, IMPERIAL, and others—delivering them directly to retailers, warungs, and market stalls across the region. The position combines the freedom of independent field work with the support of a well‑structured organization that provides all the tools you need, including a branded saddle bag for product transport.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily sales routes to a predefined territory, visiting outlets, small shops, and traditional markets to present and sell Artaboga snack products.
- Maintain accurate cash handling procedures, collect payments on the spot, and reconcile daily receipts with the company’s accounting system.
- Promote product knowledge, conduct in‑store tastings, and provide merchandising support to maximize shelf visibility and turnover.
- Monitor stock levels on the road, report low inventory, and coordinate with the distribution centre to ensure timely replenishment.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with store owners, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to increase purchase frequency.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports, sales forecasts, and market intelligence to the regional sales manager.
- Adhere to all safety, traffic, and company policies while operating the motorcycle and handling goods.
- Identify new sales opportunities, recommend promotional activities, and contribute ideas for product launches in the local market.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product innovations, pricing strategies, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Education: Open to all educational levels; a high school diploma or higher is preferred.
- Age: No maximum age limit; candidates must be physically capable of handling a motorcycle and carrying a saddle bag.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Minimum 0 years; fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome.
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and a reliable personal motorcycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse retail owners.
- Basic numeracy for cash transactions and ability to use a mobile device for reporting.
- Self‑discipline, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with the broader sales strategy.
