Introduction

Mitra Digital Marketing – Singaraja, Bali is seeking enthusiastic and goal‑driven individuals to join our fast‑growing sales and marketing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about the automotive industry, eager to learn the dynamics of online sales, and comfortable working in a hands‑on, field‑oriented environment. As a digital marketing associate, you will act as the bridge between our dealer network and the corporate head office, ensuring that every partnership runs smoothly while expanding our brand’s presence across social media channels.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and monitor existing Perjanjian Kerjasama (PKS) agreements with dealers, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
  • Identify and onboard new dealer partners, preparing and executing PKS documentation from start to finish.
  • Educate dealers and channel partners on product specifications, promotional programs, and the proper procedure for submitting independent purchase orders (PO).
  • Coordinate daily with the Section Head Motor at the branch to align sales targets, promotional calendars, and inventory updates.
  • Support the creation and distribution of digital marketing assets, including social media posts, email newsletters, and online advertisements aimed at driving traffic to dealer showrooms.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, and dealer satisfaction scores, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Assist in organizing local events, test‑drive days, and community outreach programs that reinforce the brand’s presence in the Singaraja region.
  • For female team members, manage the company’s social media channels—creating content, engaging with followers, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Provide on‑site troubleshooting and support for dealers experiencing technical issues with the online ordering platform.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes, suggesting digital tools or workflow enhancements that increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • Age: Minimum 21 years old; no upper age limit.
  • Education: Open to all educational backgrounds; a high school diploma or higher is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Valid motorbike license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle in good working condition.
  • Ownership of an Android smartphone with an active phone number for daily communication.
  • Strong desire to learn about online sales, digital marketing trends, and the automotive sector.
  • Sales‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with dealers and internal teams.
  • High level of integrity, resilience, and a “never‑give‑up” attitude.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • For female candidates: interest or experience in managing social media marketing initiatives.
