Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell a full range of Apple devices, accessories, and related services at the outlet.
- Provide accurate, friendly, and detailed product information to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with the back‑office team to prevent stock‑outs.
- Maintain the visual presentation of the store by ensuring displays are tidy, well‑organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Generate and submit daily sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators such as units sold, upsell success, and customer feedback.
- Leverage social media platforms to showcase new arrivals, promotions, and in‑store events, driving foot traffic and online engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in‑store campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
- Train and mentor junior staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Ensure the store complies with health, safety, and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Continuously stay updated on the latest Apple product releases, software updates, and industry trends to provide authoritative guidance to customers.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 27 years or younger.
- Gender: Female (unmarried preferred as per company policy).
- At least 1 year of proven retail or sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics.
- Strong understanding of iPhone models, Apple ecosystem, and emerging technology trends.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills; ability to speak confidently in front of customers and small groups.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable performing regular stock opname (inventory reconciliation).
- Active user of social media with the ability to create engaging content that drives store traffic.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Availability to work a 12‑hour shift schedule (10:00 – 21:00) with one day off per week, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
