Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Server – Restaurant Customer Service. This front‑line position is essential to delivering a memorable dining experience for every guest who walks through our doors. As a server, you will be the face of the restaurant, responsible for greeting patrons, guiding them through the menu, and ensuring that food and beverage service is prompt, accurate, and courteous. Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
- Explain daily specials, answer menu questions, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using the POS system and communicate them clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Serve dishes and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Monitor tables throughout the shift, anticipate guest needs, and respond promptly to requests.
- Handle payment transactions, process cash and card payments, and issue receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, reset tables, and assist with side‑work such as refilling condiments and polishing silverware.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and fellow service staff to ensure smooth operation and a cohesive team environment.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, reporting any safety concerns immediately.
- Collect guest feedback, address minor complaints on the spot, and forward more complex issues to management.
Requirements
- Age: maximum 30 years old.
- Education: minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
- Gender: open to all genders.
- No current enrollment in college or other commitments that would interfere with the schedule.
- Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays of food and drinks.
- Team‑player mindset with a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
