Responsibilities
The Freelance HR Specialist will be responsible for the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle and related HR activities, including but not limited to:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Posting vacancies on major job portals, social media, and niche platforms to maximize reach.
- Screening resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Facilitating virtual interviews, preparing interview feedback, and guiding candidates through the selection process.
- Extending offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
- Generating weekly and monthly recruitment metrics reports to track time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, and quality of hire.
- Supporting employer branding initiatives by crafting engaging content for career pages and social channels.
- Providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance matters as needed.
- Continuously researching emerging talent acquisition tools and best practices to keep our processes competitive.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will meet the following qualifications and bring additional value through specialized experience:
- Minimum age: 21 years.
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in recruitment or HR generalist functions.
- Demonstrated proficiency in full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
- Familiarity with popular job portals and HR tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, and ATS platforms.
- Strong independent work ethic with a target‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; responsive and professional demeanor.
- Own a reliable laptop and stable internet connection.
- Willingness to work remotely on a full‑time basis (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00 WIB).
- Preferred: Proven experience hiring for IT, creative, or education roles.
- Additional soft skills: adaptability, problem‑solving, empathy, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
