Responsibilities
- Promote and sell our financial products and services directly to customers visiting partner stores and through targeted social‑media campaigns.
- Clearly articulate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to potential customers, ensuring they understand how our solutions meet their needs.
- Guide prospective clients through the decision‑making process, answering questions, handling objections, and encouraging trial or adoption of the product.
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales quotas by employing effective prospecting, follow‑up, and closing techniques.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with store owners, managers, and key retail partners to secure prime product placement and promotional opportunities.
- Collect and submit daily sales reports, including lead counts, conversion rates, and revenue generated, using the company’s CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights for product and marketing teams.
- Participate in regular training sessions, sales meetings, and community events to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
- Adapt work schedule to match local demand, with assigned working days from Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00 am – 8:00 pm.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards while representing the brand.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- No prior experience required, though any background in sales, retail, or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
