Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of store premises, warehouses, and back‑office areas to detect and deter theft, fraud, and unauthorized activities.
- Monitor CCTV systems and review footage to investigate suspicious behavior and support incident reporting.
- Collaborate with store managers, security personnel, and law enforcement agencies to coordinate investigations and resolve cases of loss.
- Develop and implement loss‑prevention policies, procedures, and training programs tailored to the organization’s operational needs.
- Analyze transaction data, inventory discrepancies, and point‑of‑sale reports to identify patterns of internal and external shrinkage.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, maintain accurate records, and present findings to senior management.
- Assist in the execution of audits, stock counts, and reconciliation processes to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Provide guidance on the proper use of security equipment, such as electronic article surveillance (EAS) tags and access control systems.
- Deliver regular workshops on ethical conduct, fraud awareness, and best practices for loss prevention to staff at all levels.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and new technologies to continuously improve the organization’s security posture.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) or equivalent; high school (SMA/SMK) graduates with relevant experience are also considered.
- Age: Open to all age groups; no upper age limit.

- Experience: Prior experience in loss prevention, security, or a related field is preferred, though entry‑level candidates with strong aptitude may be considered.
- Language: Basic proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CCTV monitoring, inventory management systems, and basic financial controls (Keuangan Perusahaan).
- Soft Skills: Strong observational abilities, critical thinking, excellent interpersonal communication, and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Availability: Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during high‑risk periods or special events.
