Responsibilities
- Operate deep‑fat fryers, grills, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare, season, and fry a variety of menu items such as French fries, chicken nuggets, fish sticks, and specialty snacks according to standardized recipes.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked to perfection and complies with health regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including regular sanitation of frying stations, utensils, and storage areas.
- Perform routine inventory checks, record usage, and report low stock levels to the kitchen supervisor.
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper rotation (FIFO) of perishable items.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate order flow, minimize wait times, and uphold service speed during peak periods.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling of oil, waste disposal, and personal protective equipment.
- Participate in weekly deep‑cleaning cycles, oil filtration, and equipment maintenance as required.
- Provide suggestions for menu improvements, portion control, and cost‑saving measures based on on‑the‑job observations.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 45 years old.

- Experience: No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn quickly is essential.
- Key Skills: Ability to operate kitchen equipment, basic math for portioning, and good hand‑eye coordination.

- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 kg, and work in a hot, fast‑moving environment.
- Availability: Must be able to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
