We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven WiFi Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on door‑to‑door engagement, building strong customer relationships, and delivering the high‑quality connectivity solutions that power homes, businesses, and schools throughout the area.

Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and contact potential prospects within the assigned Kediri territory, using market data and local insights to prioritize leads.
- Conduct face‑to‑face product demonstrations and presentations, clearly explaining the benefits of My Republic’s fiber‑optic internet and TV packages.
- Execute door‑to‑door sales activities, following a structured sales script while adapting to each customer’s unique needs.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with existing customers, providing after‑sales support, handling inquiries, and promoting upgrades or additional services.
- Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by the regional manager.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical support teams to ensure smooth installation schedules and rapid resolution of service issues.
- Provide timely feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to help refine sales strategies.
- Work independently while also contributing to team meetings, sharing best practices, and supporting peers in achieving collective goals.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (MA/Paket C acceptable).
- All genders are welcome to apply; diversity is valued.
- Own reliable transportation (motorcycle or car) and a smartphone with at least 3 GB RAM running Android.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey technical concepts in simple terms.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a proven track record of closing sales or a willingness to learn.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently, yet comfortable collaborating in a team environment.
- Resilience under pressure, with the capability to meet sales quotas while maintaining high service standards.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Sunday, 07:00 – 17:00, including occasional weekend or holiday assignments as needed.
- Basic analytical skills for tracking sales performance and interpreting customer data.
