The successful candidate will be responsible for driving occupancy rates, cultivating relationships with high‑value tenants, and leading an internal marketing team to achieve ambitious monthly targets. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that maximize occupancy levels in line with quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, approach, and negotiate with prospective tenants across sectors such as automotive, retail, office, and mixed‑use developments, building a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the in‑house marketing team, setting clear KPIs, conducting regular performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative culture.
- Conduct market research on rental pricing, competitor positioning, and emerging trends in the commercial property sector to inform pricing strategies and promotional tactics.
- Prepare detailed monthly performance reports, including occupancy metrics, lead conversion rates, marketing ROI, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of digital content, social‑media campaigns, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) to increase brand visibility and generate qualified inquiries.
- Coordinate with external agencies, architects, and legal teams to ensure marketing materials comply with branding guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, facilitating renewal negotiations and cross‑selling additional services to enhance overall portfolio revenue.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry best practices, attending relevant conferences and workshops to bring innovative ideas to the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field), with a strong preference for graduates in Marketing, Business Administration, or Real Estate.
- Age between 25 and 35 years.
- At least 2–3 years of proven experience as a Senior Marketing Staff or Supervisor in the property, real‑estate, or business‑park management sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a marketing team, delivering measurable results against targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a professional appearance and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social‑media platforms, Google Analytics, and paid advertising systems (considered a strong advantage).
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data, price trends, and tenant behaviour.
