Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Teknisi Pemeliharaan Fasilitas dan Peralatan to join our growing operations team. This full‑time position is based at our main campus and offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday work schedule. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all building systems, electrical installations, and welding equipment remain in optimal condition, supporting the safety and efficiency of our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on building structures, electrical systems, HVAC units, and welding equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and structural issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs while maintaining clear documentation of all work performed.
- Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables, and place orders when stock levels fall below predefined thresholds.
- Ensure compliance with all local safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards, conducting regular safety drills and reporting hazards.
- Support emergency response efforts, such as power outages or equipment failures, by providing rapid on‑site assistance.
- Prepare detailed maintenance reports, update work orders in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), and track key performance indicators.
- Collaborate closely with other team members, including engineers, supervisors, and administrative staff, to prioritize tasks and achieve operational goals.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting upgrades or process changes that enhance facility reliability.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff or apprentices on safe work practices and proper equipment handling.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Maximum 45 years.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in construction, building maintenance, electrical work, or welding.
- Physical fitness – able to lift heavy objects, work at heights, and endure long periods of standing.
- Strong communication skills; ability to convey technical information clearly to non‑technical colleagues.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively while also taking initiative on independent tasks.
- Basic computer literacy, preferably familiarity with CMMS or similar maintenance software.
- Commitment to health and safety standards, with a proven track record of safe work practices.
