Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Mikro Perbankan professional to join our expanding team in Surabaya. This role focuses on promoting micro‑banking products such as KUR (Kredit Usaha Rakyat), savings accounts, and QRIS payment solutions to both new and existing customers within the Bank DKI network and its surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a robust personal network, and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets while upholding the highest standards of integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Market and sell micro‑banking products—including KUR loans, savings accounts, and QRIS services—to individuals, small businesses, and community groups.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with new prospects, priority clients, and existing account holders to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct canvassing activities, set up open booths, and represent the organization at local events, trade shows, and community gatherings to increase brand visibility.
  • Identify and qualify leads, prepare tailored proposals, and guide customers through the application and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline in the CRM system, track performance metrics, and report weekly on sales outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to compliance standards, ensuring all transactions are free of credit defaults and meet BI/SLIK clean‑record requirements.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product features, regulatory changes, and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or high school equivalent (SMA/K) for entry‑level candidates.
  • Age: up to 35 years old.
  • Gender: open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities; active listening and persuasive presentation skills.
  • High motivation with a clear orientation toward achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Extensive personal and professional network within Surabaya and surrounding regions.
  • Valid motorbike license (SIM C) and ownership of a two‑wheel vehicle for field visits.
  • Clean credit history with no outstanding loans or defaults (BI checking/SLIK clean).
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
  • Willingness to be placed at the PT Bumi Daya Plaza partner location serving the Bank DKI area and to join the team immediately upon selection.
