The ideal candidate will be between 18 and 30 years old, hold at least a high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent), and reside in or near Nganjuk. Both men and women are encouraged to apply. As a front‑line ambassador of our brand, you will play a pivotal role in delivering memorable experiences that keep guests returning day after day.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of espresso‑based drinks, pour‑overs, cold brews, and specialty teas according to standardized recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station, including regular equipment cleaning, grinder calibration, and inventory checks.
- Provide friendly, attentive service by greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and offering product recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale system with precision.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage orders.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables, and communicate re‑order needs to management.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, performing routine sanitation tasks throughout the shift.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with new brewing techniques, seasonal menu items, and customer service best practices.
- Assist in creating an inviting ambiance by maintaining décor, music playlists, and overall café presentation.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 30 years.

- Residence: Must be domiciled in Nganjuk or surrounding area.
- Experience: Prior experience as a barista or in a related hospitality role is preferred, though motivated newcomers may be considered.

- Availability: Willing to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
