Responsibilities
- Design and implement customized lesson plans that align with each student’s curriculum and learning style.
- Deliver clear, engaging mathematics instruction across all grade levels, covering topics from basic arithmetic to advanced algebra and geometry.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and informal observations, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson content, and performance metrics using our digital tutoring platform.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to discuss goals, progress, and any areas requiring additional support.
- Utilize educational technology (interactive whiteboards, online resources, and math apps) to enhance the learning experience.
- Prepare supplemental teaching materials such as worksheets, practice tests, and visual aids.
- Adhere to the agreed‑upon teaching schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and notify management promptly of any necessary adjustments.
- Participate in periodic training sessions and professional development workshops to stay current with modern teaching methodologies.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the institute’s standards of conduct and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Female candidate (per company policy).
- Minimum education: active university student in the final semester or a graduate with a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; education majors are strongly preferred.
- Strong passion for teaching and interacting with children and teenagers.
- Capability to teach mathematics at any level from kindergarten to senior high school.
