Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and plate a wide variety of menu items according to standardized recipes and quality guidelines.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety practices, ensuring all kitchen stations are clean, organized, and compliant with local health regulations.
  • Assist in inventory management by receiving deliveries, checking product quality, and rotating stock to minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to meet daily production targets, adjusting workflow during peak service periods.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, and slicers safely and efficiently.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on new menu items, cooking techniques, and safety protocols.
  • Support shift transitions by documenting prep work, reporting any equipment issues, and ensuring a smooth handover.
  • Provide courteous assistance to front‑of‑house staff, addressing special dietary requests and ensuring timely order delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Open to all genders; diversity is valued.
  • Age limit: no upper restriction; we welcome both fresh graduates and experienced workers.
  • At least 0‑2 years of experience in a kitchen environment; prior experience is a strong plus.
  • Core competencies: discipline, honesty, responsibility, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, target‑driven setting.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
  • Basic proficiency in operating standard kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
