We are seeking a motivated Tim Frontliner Layanan Pelanggan to join our dynamic team in Semarang. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service experiences that reflect our brand’s commitment to quality and hospitality. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers promptly, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chat messages, and in‑person inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Process orders, reservations, and payments using our point‑of‑sale (POS) system and mobile payment applications.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including front desk, waiting zones, and promotional displays.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by listening actively, offering appropriate solutions, and escalating when necessary.
- Track daily sales, generate reports, and provide feedback to management on service trends.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and new technology tools.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates up to 30 years old (flexible based on experience).
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- Prior experience in the Food & Beverage (FnB) industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Ability to work full‑time, Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with a healthy physical and mental condition.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using digital payment platforms, POS systems, and basic office software.
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
