Responsibilities
- Produce 1–2 pieces of short‑form video content every day, covering soft‑selling, hard‑selling, entertainment, and relatable formats.
- Conduct daily trend research (sounds, formats, angles, hooks) to keep the content pipeline fresh and algorithm‑friendly.
- Craft compelling 3‑second hooks that capture attention within the first few frames.
- Develop concepts, write scripts, coordinate shooting, and edit using tools such as CapCut, VN, or Adobe Premiere.
- Upload, schedule, and tag each video according to best‑practice SEO guidelines.
- Monitor key performance indicators (views, FYP rate, watch‑time) and produce daily & weekly performance reports.
- Iterate quickly on under‑performing content—re‑shoot, re‑edit, and re‑publish based on data insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and analytics teams to align content with broader campaign goals.
- Maintain a library of proven FYP‑ready assets and share best practices across the creative team.
- Adhere to a strict schedule: Monday‑Sunday, 08:00‑17:00, with flexibility for occasional high‑priority launches.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; formal education is not a barrier if you can demonstrate results.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience creating short‑form video content that has achieved measurable FYP success.
- Strong portfolio or proof of FYP‑driven content (personal account, brand page, or client campaigns).
- Deep understanding of TikTok/Instagram algorithms—no guesswork, only data‑backed decisions.
- Proficiency in quick, clean editing using CapCut, VN, or comparable mobile/desktop editors.
- Ability to meet real numeric targets: 5‑30 K views per piece, with a 30‑50 % FYP rate across uploads.
- Excellent time‑management and the capacity to work under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
