Introduction
We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals for the position of Picker – Pekerja Harian (Shift Harian). This full‑time, daily‑shift role is essential to our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are accurately selected, packed, and prepared for shipment. The work schedule runs from 08:00 to 17:00, with specific working days to be communicated during the interview process. Candidates will join a dynamic team that values punctuality, safety, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Locate and retrieve items from storage locations according to pick lists or electronic orders.
- Verify product codes, quantities, and condition to ensure order accuracy before packing.
- Operate handheld barcode scanners and warehouse management systems to record movements.
- Maintain a clean and organized picking area, adhering to safety and housekeeping standards.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment activities.
- Collaborate closely with supervisors, packers, and shipping staff to meet daily dispatch targets.
- Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or equipment issues to the warehouse manager promptly.
- Follow proper lifting techniques and use material‑handling equipment safely.
- Participate in regular training sessions on warehouse best practices, ergonomics, and safety protocols.
- Provide suggestions for process improvements that could increase efficiency or reduce errors.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Gender: Male candidates.
- Age: No maximum age limit; applicants of any age meeting the other criteria are welcome.
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Key Skills:
- Basic understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
- Ability to read and interpret pick tickets and inventory labels.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift items up to 20 kg repeatedly.
- Attention to detail and strong numerical skills for accurate counting.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and wear required PPE.
