Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing cutlery, and adhering to health‑safety regulations.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, dietary options, and wine pairings, adapting suggestions to each guest’s preferences.
- Handle payment transactions, process invoices, and manage cash registers with precision.
- Collaborate closely with chefs, bartenders, and fellow waitstaff to coordinate service flow during peak periods.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and a solution‑oriented mindset.
- Work under high‑pressure situations, such as large party bookings or rush hours, while maintaining composure and efficiency.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, service standards, and food safety protocols.
- Adhere to scheduled work hours: Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and be flexible for occasional overtime during special events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as per company policy).
- Experience: Entry‑level candidates are welcome; prior experience in food and beverage service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact courteously with a diverse clientele.
- Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
