Responsibilities
The Account Officer will be the primary point of contact for our corporate clients and will be responsible for a broad range of activities designed to nurture long‑term relationships and deliver measurable results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients.
- Identify client needs and propose tailored marketing and sales solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and upselling.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Provide regular performance reports and market insights to senior management.
- Participate in industry events, networking sessions, and training workshops to stay updated on market trends.
