The company is expanding its finance and compliance team and is seeking a diligent Tax Administrator to join the Jakarta office. Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue sales invoices and tax invoices for every delivery note (Surat Jalan) using the SAP Business One (SAP B1) system, ensuring accurate tax classification.
- Print and distribute invoices and tax documents in compliance with local tax regulations and internal control standards.
- Assist the Finance team in calculating and compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports, focusing on Value‑Added Tax (PPN) and Corporate Income Tax (PPh Badan).
- Maintain the tax master data in SAP B1, including vendor and customer tax codes, ensuring data integrity.
- Coordinate with the accounting department to reconcile tax payable/receivable balances and resolve any discrepancies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required tax documentation and explanations.
- Stay up‑to‑date with changes in Indonesian tax legislation and advise the team on necessary procedural adjustments.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, proposing automation or workflow enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting or related field; D4 or Bachelor degree is a plus.
- Experience: At least 3 years of hands‑on experience as a Tax Clerk or Tax Administrator, preferably within an FMCG or distribution environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experienced in using SAP Business One (SAP B1) for invoicing and tax reporting.
- Core Competencies: Strong numerical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, and excellent organizational skills.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication abilities to interact with internal stakeholders, auditors, and tax authorities.
- Personal Traits: Quick‑thinking, reliable, and capable of maintaining high standards of accuracy while handling large volumes of transactions.
- Other: Open to candidates of any gender; no age limit; willingness to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑16:30.
