We are seeking a dedicated Senior Speech Therapist (Terapis Wicara Klinis Senior) to join our multidisciplinary team at one of our bustling locations: Cibinong, BSD, Tebet, Bogor, Depok, or Puri. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of communication, language, voice, fluency, and dysphagia using standardized tools and clinical observation.
- Diagnose speech‑language disorders and develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans that align with each client’s functional goals.
- Deliver one‑on‑one and group therapy sessions, incorporating augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices, sensory‑integrated activities, and culturally appropriate techniques.
- Monitor client progress through regular data collection, outcome measurement, and case note updates; adjust interventions promptly to maximize outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and special education teachers to ensure a holistic, coordinated care approach.
- Educate families and caregivers on home‑practice strategies, equipment maintenance, and communication facilitation techniques.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with Indonesian health regulations and clinic policies.
- Participate in weekly case conferences, peer‑review sessions, and continuing education workshops to stay current with best practices and emerging research.
- Assist in supervising junior therapists and interns, providing mentorship and feedback to foster professional growth within the team.
- Contribute to community outreach programs, school visits, and public awareness campaigns about speech‑language health.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or D4 in Speech‑Language Pathology (Terapi Wicara) from a recognized institution.
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) for speech therapy valid throughout Indonesia.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a clinical or hospital setting, preferably with pediatric and neurodevelopmental populations.
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse families.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, with a schedule of Monday – Sunday, 09:00 – 18:00.
- Age limit: up to 45 years; all genders are welcome.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and basic office software.
