Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, addressing inquiries promptly.
- Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and promotional offers to stimulate interest.
- Proactively engage passers‑by, encouraging them to enter the store and explore the merchandise.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross‑selling techniques.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring product displays are stocked and attractive.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the store manager to help refine merchandising strategies.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales tactics, and customer service best practices.
- Accurately handle point‑of‑sale transactions, process returns, and manage cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with fellow team members and support store events, flash sales, and seasonal campaigns.
- Adhere to company policies regarding attendance, dress code, and workplace safety.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA), Vocational (SMK), or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 28 years old.

- Prior experience in retail sales, promotional staffing, or a related field is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong drive are also encouraged.
- Polished appearance and personal hygiene that reflect the brand’s standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong motivation to meet or exceed sales targets and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work a seven‑day schedule, including weekends and holidays, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Basic computer literacy for operating POS systems and handling inventory tools.
- Positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and a willingness to learn continuously.
