Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Sales and Customer Service Staff to join our bustling retail store in Tanjungjaya, Pati. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with their preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system and ensure proper handling of cash and electronic payments.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by arranging displays, restocking shelves, and keeping the store tidy and inviting.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to the store manager when necessary.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and updating the inventory database.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote new arrivals, special promotions, and in‑store events, thereby driving foot traffic.
- Collaborate closely with teammates to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to a positive, cooperative work culture.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, including health and safety regulations and store security protocols.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends, product performance, and potential areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Female, Muslim, and single.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 25 years.
- Strong work ethic: honest, diligent, responsible, and highly communicative.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting and independently when required.
- Basic computer literacy and active presence on social media platforms.
- Willingness to be stationed at the Tanjungjaya, Pati store location.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
