We are seeking a dedicated Koordinator Bagian Masak dan Persiapan Makanan to join our dynamic kitchen team. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize all ingredients for daily service, including chopping, marinating, and portioning.
  • Supervise the cooking line during each shift, ensuring dishes are prepared according to recipe specifications and presentation standards.
  • Coordinate shift handovers, communicate any special orders, inventory shortages, or equipment issues to the incoming team.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, adhering to food safety regulations and internal SOPs.
  • Monitor stock levels of raw materials, place requisitions, and receive deliveries to minimize waste.
  • Train junior kitchen staff on basic cooking techniques, proper knife handling, and station organization.
  • Collaborate closely with front‑of‑house managers to align kitchen output with customer flow and peak service periods.
  • Assist in menu development by providing feedback on ingredient availability, cost, and preparation feasibility.
  • Handle occasional overtime periods, ensuring timely completion of special events or catering orders.
  • Document daily production reports and communicate any operational challenges to senior management.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female (as per operational policy).
  • Prior experience working in a restaurant kitchen or similar food‑service environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrating honesty, discipline, and quick decision‑making.
  • Strong basic cooking skills and familiarity with Indonesian culinary techniques.
  • Excellent time‑management and multitasking abilities to handle fast‑paced service periods.
  • Clear communication skills to relay instructions and feedback to staff and supervisors.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights typical of kitchen work.
  • Flexibility to work the scheduled hours: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with readiness for shift swaps when required.
