Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and checkout procedures.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, handling cash, credit, and digital payments while ensuring transaction integrity.
- Maintain store presentation standards by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring promotional materials are current and appealing.
- Utilize computer applications for inventory management, sales reporting, and daily operational tasks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and communicate stock needs to the store manager.
- Assist in receiving deliveries, verifying product quantities, and arranging merchandise on the sales floor.
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials and adherence to health guidelines.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Handle customer complaints or returns with professionalism, escalating issues when necessary to maintain satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Diploma) – candidates with SMK, SMA, D3, or S1 qualifications are also welcome.
- Age limit: Maximum 30 years old.
- All genders are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office, POS software, and inventory management systems.
- Presentable appearance, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a customer‑oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
