Introduction

The Regional Relationship Officer (RRO) for the Balaraja area (Jabodetabekser) is a pivotal front‑line position within our multifinance organization. As a trusted liaison between the company and both existing and prospective customers, the RRO drives product awareness, facilitates credit applications, and ensures a seamless experience throughout the sales cycle. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment and is eager to contribute to the growth of our financial services portfolio across the Greater Jakarta region.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell a range of multifinance products—including vehicle loans, equipment leasing, and consumer credit—to existing clients and new prospects.
  • Generate orders through various distribution channels by conducting market outreach, cold calling, and attending networking events.
  • Collect initial customer data, verify identification, and assemble all required documentation for credit applications.
  • Coordinate with the underwriting team to track the progress of each application, ensuring timely follow‑up and clear communication of credit decisions.
  • Inform dealers and customers about approval status, repayment schedules, due dates, and payment locations, providing guidance on any required actions.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, updating customer profiles, transaction histories, and interaction notes.
  • Monitor delinquency trends, proactively reach out to customers with upcoming due dates, and suggest suitable repayment solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to relay market feedback, identify emerging customer needs, and suggest product enhancements.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, presenting performance metrics, pipeline status, and strategic recommendations.
  • Uphold compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards, ensuring all documentation meets legal and audit requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate degree) in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Age: 29 years maximum at the time of application.
  • Gender: Female (as specified) – however, all qualified candidates will be considered under equal opportunity policies.
  • Valid driver’s license (SIM C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Strong understanding of multifinance business processes, including credit assessment and loan servicing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to build trust with dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with communication tools (phone, email, messaging apps) and marketing platforms (brochures, digital media).
  • Quick adaptation to changing market conditions and product updates.
  • Prior experience in sales or marketing is a distinct advantage, though fresh graduates with a strong drive are welcome.
  • Commitment to a Monday‑Saturday work schedule, 08:00‑16:00, with occasional weekend events as needed.
