Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential new borrowers, presenting Amartha’s micro‑loan products and encouraging participation in the program.
- Provide continuous economic guidance and support to existing members, helping them manage household finances and improve repayment capacity.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and perform rigorous feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s policies, procedures, and risk standards.
- Coordinate and execute the collection process, following up with borrowers to secure timely repayments while maintaining respectful relationships.
- Document field activities accurately in the company’s CRM system, reporting key insights and trends to the regional supervisor.
- Collaborate with local community leaders and partner organizations to expand outreach and build trust within the target market.
- Participate in regular training sessions and knowledge‑sharing workshops to stay updated on product features, regulatory changes, and best practices in micro‑finance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent (SMK).
- Age: 18‑30 years (maximum 33 years acceptable for senior applicants).
- Gender: Open to all genders; female candidates are strongly preferred.
- Own a reliable motorized vehicle for daily travel to client sites.
- Demonstrated integrity, honesty, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
- Resilience, discipline, and a willingness to work outdoors every day.
- No prior experience required; however, any background in sales, community outreach, or financial services is a plus.
- Basic digital literacy and the ability to use mobile applications for data entry and analysis.
