Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of workstations, cooking surfaces, floors, and storage areas following established sanitation protocols.
  • Collect and dispose of waste in accordance with local health regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, disposable gloves, and other consumables; report shortages to the supervisor.
  • Assist with receiving deliveries, checking product quality, and storing items in the proper locations.
  • Support the kitchen team during peak service periods by handling extra cleaning duties and helping with plating or garnishing when needed.
  • Participate in regular safety drills, fire‑prevention checks, and equipment maintenance inspections.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized locker area, ensuring personal hygiene standards are consistently met.
  • Communicate any equipment malfunctions or hygiene concerns promptly to the kitchen manager.

Requirements

  • Male candidates only; gender requirement due to specific operational needs.
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • At least a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated honesty, strong teamwork attitude, and a willingness to follow directions.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate loads, and move swiftly across the kitchen floor.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and a keen eye for detail in cleaning tasks.

  • Excellent punctuality and reliability; ability to adhere to a fixed schedule of 08:00‑17:00, Monday‑Saturday.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to understand instructions and report issues clearly.
