Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide knowledgeable product recommendations to drive sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and ensuring promotional displays are up‑to‑date.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and issue receipts.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies to the store manager.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including securing cash drawers, reconciling daily sales, and preparing the store for the next business day.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to a positive, team‑oriented atmosphere.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store policies to continuously improve performance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates of any age, with a maximum limit not exceeding the legal working age restrictions.
