Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service that aligns with Accor’s brand standards, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and valued.
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate recreational activities, including sports, games, and cultural events, tailored to diverse guest demographics.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of all activity areas, equipment, and public spaces, performing routine inspections and reporting any hazards.
- Assist in daily operational tasks such as inventory control of supplies, preparation of activity spaces, and scheduling of staff rotas.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping, front‑desk, food & beverage, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, special requests, and unexpected challenges, turning potential issues into positive outcomes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on activity programs, suggesting new ideas, and participating in training sessions.
- Uphold Accor’s sustainability and ESG commitments by promoting eco‑friendly practices during recreational events.
- Assist in the onboarding and mentoring of junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and mutual support.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree); a degree in hospitality, tourism, recreation management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in a hospitality or recreation setting, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in hotel resorts or leisure complexes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required, while good spoken and written English is an advantage.
- Professional appearance, well‑groomed, and a guest‑oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and occasional night duties.
- Strong leadership potential for those aspiring to supervisory or managerial roles, with a focus on coaching and team development.
