Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, courteous attitude, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, process cash and card transactions, and issue receipts.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards, including shelf stocking, product labeling, and promotional displays.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, report stock discrepancies, and assist with receiving deliveries.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members and supervisors to meet daily sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and escalate complex issues to the store manager.
- Follow all safety, health, and hygiene protocols, especially in high‑traffic areas.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and store management systems.
- Support loss‑prevention measures by monitoring for suspicious activities and adhering to security procedures.
- Assist in organizing community events or promotional activities hosted by the outlet.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Female (per local labor regulations for this role).
- Appearance: Must be comfortable wearing a hijab or willing to adopt the dress code.
- Residency: Must reside within the designated placement area to ensure reliable punctuality.
- Core Attributes: Honesty, discipline, responsibility, and strong work ethic.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
- Basic Skills: Familiarity with retail management systems, cash handling, and basic computer use.
- Availability: Willingness to work a six‑day schedule (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Communication: Good verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia; friendly demeanor toward customers.
