Adira Finance is expanding its sales force at the Jatibarang branch and is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Petugas Penjualan (Sales Officer). This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with some experience who are eager to develop their career in the fast‑growing financial services industry. Working in a dynamic team, you will represent Adira Finance’s commitment to providing accessible credit solutions to both retail and micro‑business customers across the region.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound calls, field visits, and community events.
- Conduct product presentations and explain financing options, ensuring customers understand terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules.
- Negotiate loan terms and close sales while adhering to the company’s risk‑management policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and approvals in the CRM system.
- Follow up on pending applications, collect required documentation, and assist customers through the approval process.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, contributing to branch performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the underwriting and collections teams to resolve customer queries and ensure smooth post‑sale service.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new products, regulatory changes, and sales techniques.
- Represent Adira Finance at local events, fairs, and community gatherings to strengthen brand awareness.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age: Maximum 30 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: 0+ years; candidates with prior sales or customer‑service experience are a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build rapport.
- Valid SIM C (motorcycle) that is currently active, required for field visits.
- Quick adaptability, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:30 – 16:30.
