Responsibilities
- Accurately process all sales transactions using the POS system, including cash, EDC, QRIS, and other electronic payment methods.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge of Donat Bahagia’s menu, seasonal offerings, and promotional bundles.
- Engage customers and delivery drivers with courteous service, answering questions and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Execute upselling techniques to increase average ticket value, suggesting complementary drinks or limited‑time flavors.
- Ensure the checkout area remains clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies such as receipt paper, bags, and promotional flyers.
- Assist in the preparation and timely delivery of orders to customers who dine in or pick up, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order flow, minimizing wait times and improving overall customer satisfaction.
- Perform end‑of‑day cash reconciliation, generate reports, and safely deposit cash according to company procedures.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new POS features, product launches, and service excellence.
- Uphold health and safety standards, including proper sanitation of the checkout counter and surrounding areas.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a cashier, preferably in the Food & Beverage (FnB) sector.
- Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) software and familiarity with payment devices such as EDC terminals and QRIS.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail for accurate transaction handling.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to interact politely with customers, drivers, and teammates.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and occasionally carry light trays of food to customers.
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including potential weekends or holidays as business demands dictate.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to assist in other store duties when needed.
