Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Supervisor Operasional Restoran (Head of Operations – Offline) to spearhead the expansion of our multi‑store food & beverage (F&B) network in the Greater Jakarta area. The role will be based in Gading Serpong and will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer. Responsibilities

  • Take full accountability for daily operations across all restaurant outlets, ensuring consistent quality standards, hygiene compliance, and service excellence at every location.
  • Oversee and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), identifying cost‑saving opportunities and driving profitability through strategic operational efficiencies.
  • Directly supervise Store Managers (店长), fostering a collaborative environment that aligns store performance with corporate objectives.
  • Develop, update, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) covering food safety, customer service, and production workflows to maintain brand consistency.
  • Design competitive compensation and benefit packages for the operational team, ensuring motivation and retention of high‑performing staff.
  • Lead site selection and coordinate store fit‑outs, from lease negotiations to interior layout, to support rapid market expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with the Procurement Partner (采购伙伴) to secure a reliable supply chain of raw materials for all branches.
  • Ensure each outlet obtains and maintains necessary permits, operational certifications, and legal registrations.
  • Travel regularly between stores for market research, on‑site audits, and hands‑on coaching, supported by a vehicle allowance.
  • Act as the primary liaison between corporate headquarters and field staff, translating strategic goals into actionable plans.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of progressive experience in F&B or retail operations, with at least 2 years managing multi‑store expansion projects.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross‑functional teams and develop store managers into effective leaders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in P&L analysis, budgeting, SOP development, and site selection processes.
  • Communication: Excellent English (written and spoken) and strong interpersonal skills; ability to negotiate compensation and resolve conflicts.
  • Adaptability: High tolerance for change, ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and willingness to travel frequently.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local health, safety, and business licensing requirements.
  • Personal Traits: Strong strategic mindset, customer‑centric attitude, analytical thinking, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
