Introduction
The Helper Administrasi dan Operasional Harian is a pivotal entry‑level position that supports the smooth functioning of daily administrative and operational activities within our organization. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the incumbent will assist in coordinating office workflows, handling routine documentation, and providing technical support to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Manage and organize daily paperwork, including filing, scanning, and data entry to ensure all records are up‑to‑date and easily accessible.
- Assist in preparing internal reports, presentations, and correspondence, maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and handle logistics for team activities, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- Provide basic technical support for office equipment (printers, scanners, computers) and troubleshoot minor IT issues, escalating more complex problems to the IT department.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, place orders, and track deliveries to prevent shortages and ensure operational continuity.
- Support the HR and finance teams with routine tasks such as onboarding documentation, attendance tracking, and expense processing.
- Serve as a point of contact for visitors and callers, delivering courteous and helpful assistance while representing the company’s brand.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements.
- Operate effectively under pressure during peak periods, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality, data protection, and workplace safety at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only; non‑smokers preferred to maintain a healthy workplace environment.
- Previous experience in administrative or operational support roles is advantageous, though not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a high degree of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Resilience under pressure with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic technical aptitude for handling office equipment and supporting minor IT issues.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
