Introduction
PT. Nusantara Motorindo is seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Motoris to join our growing team in the Rangkasbitung region. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about automotive sales, possess strong communication skills, and are eager to build lasting relationships with customers across the local market. As a Sales Motoris, you will act as the face of our brand, promoting our range of motorcycles and related services while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new customers within the Rangkasbitung area by conducting door‑to‑door visits, attending local events, and leveraging social media platforms.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and financing options to potential buyers, ensuring they understand the value proposition of each motorcycle model.
- Negotiate sales terms, close deals, and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory levels using the company’s mobile CRM application.
- Provide post‑sale support, including coordinating test rides, arranging service appointments, and following up on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the regional sales manager and marketing team to develop localized promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
- Report daily and weekly performance metrics, market feedback, and competitor activity to help shape future sales strategies.
- Ensure all documentation, such as sales contracts and vehicle registration paperwork, is completed accurately and filed promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new model releases, and regulatory changes affecting motor vehicle sales.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Possession of a personal motorcycle and a valid SIM C (motorcycle driver’s license).
- Strong desire and commitment to a career in sales, with a self‑driven attitude toward achieving targets.
- Proficiency in using Android smartphones, tablets, and basic office applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to build trust with diverse customers.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional overtime during promotional periods.
