Introduction

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Administrator Gudang & Penjualan to join our dynamic team in Jati Agung, Lampung. This pivotal role bridges warehouse operations with the sales department, ensuring that inventory flows smoothly, orders are fulfilled on time, and financial transactions are accurately reconciled. The successful candidate will play a critical part in maintaining stock integrity, supporting retail outlets, and driving operational efficiency in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute daily stock reports, highlighting variances, low‑stock alerts, and turnover rates.
  • Allocate inventory to the sales team based on forecasted demand, ensuring optimal product availability for customers.
  • Verify that all customer payments are received and correctly matched to their respective orders, collaborating with the finance department as needed.
  • Assemble and dispatch orders for retail outlets, guaranteeing accuracy in quantities, packaging, and delivery schedules.
  • Conduct daily stock opname during order cut‑off periods to reconcile physical counts with system records.
  • Create production lists for retail outlet orders, coordinating with the manufacturing floor to meet lead‑time requirements.
  • Inspect inventory for expired or soon‑to‑expire items and initiate appropriate disposition or markdown procedures.
  • Implement and monitor FIFO (First‑In‑First‑Out) inventory control methods to minimize waste and maintain product freshness.
  • Collaborate with procurement to forecast replenishment needs and support timely re‑stocking.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the warehouse management system and ensure data integrity for audit purposes.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably a diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in corporate administration, preferably within a provider or distribution company.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation).
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to follow established workflow processes.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to maintain positive relationships with sales, finance, and warehouse staff.
  • Quick learner with the capacity to adapt to new software tools and evolving operational procedures.
  • Residence in Jati Agung, Provinsi Lampung is highly preferred to facilitate on‑site coordination.
