Introduction

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with hospital protocols, including medication administration, wound management, and vital sign monitoring.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
- Coordinate and communicate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate seamless transitions of care, especially during admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment options, medication adherence, and post‑discharge self‑care strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, infection control programs, and safety drills such as Basic Trauma and Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS) simulations.
- Mentor junior nursing staff and nursing students, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, applying advanced life support techniques and adhering to established emergency response protocols.
- Monitor inventory of medical supplies, request replenishments, and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
- Engage in ongoing professional education, attending workshops, seminars, and certification courses to stay current with evolving clinical best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 Nursing (Ners) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (S1).
- Active Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) as a registered nurse.
- Current certification in Basic Trauma and Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS).
- At least 1 year of hands‑on clinical experience in a hospital or similar healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, patient safety standards, and infection control practices.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English proficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain composure under pressure.
