We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tenaga Afdruk Sablon to join our production team. This full‑time position is ideal for individuals who have a solid background in screen printing, especially those comfortable with film washing and afdruk processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining product quality, meeting daily production targets, and ensuring smooth operation of semi‑automatic screen printing equipment.
Responsibilities
- Operate semi‑automatic screen printing machines, set up screens, and adjust parameters to match job specifications.
- Perform film washing (cuci) and afdruk (film exposure) procedures with precision, ensuring accurate image transfer.
- Monitor the printing process, conduct quality checks, and make real‑time adjustments to prevent defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular cleaning of screens, tools, and equipment.
- Collaborate with the production supervisor to meet daily and weekly output targets while adhering to safety standards.
- Document production data, report any equipment malfunctions, and assist in routine maintenance tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members, providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
- Train new staff on basic printing techniques, safety protocols, and equipment handling when required.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations regarding ink disposal and waste management.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing cycle times and enhancing print quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
