This role is pivotal in ensuring that goods are received, stored, packed, and delivered efficiently while upholding safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between our warehouse operations and our customers, guaranteeing that every shipment reaches its destination on time and in perfect condition.
Responsibilities
- Execute timely delivery of goods to customers according to management directives and route plans.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, condition, and product types, and record all details accurately.
- Organize and store inventory following established SOPs to maximize space utilization and accessibility.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outbound shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain up‑to‑date stock records by logging all inbound and outbound movements in the warehouse management system.
- Conduct regular stock‑taking (stock opname) and reconcile physical counts with system data.
- Handle customer returns and damaged goods, processing them according to company policies.
- Archive essential warehouse documents such as delivery orders (DO) and return records for future reference.
- Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and secure, adhering to safety regulations and emergency procedures.
- Follow all SOPs and demonstrate disciplined work habits, including punctuality and reliable attendance.
- Collaborate closely with team members, providing support during peak periods and sharing best practices.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and creating simple dashboards to monitor performance.
- Continuously seek process improvement opportunities to boost efficiency and reduce errors.
Requirements
- Male candidates, maximum age of 28 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; not currently enrolled in higher education.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Active SIM C driver’s license and personal vehicle for local deliveries.
- Deep familiarity with the city of Manado and surrounding areas.
- Strong work ethic, high level of accuracy, agility, and initiative.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills; ability to work effectively under supervision.
- Proficiency in computer use, especially Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, and reporting).
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting moderate loads and standing for extended periods.
- Unmarried status is preferred but not mandatory.
- Readiness to start work immediately.
