Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Tenaga Guru Kelas Dasar dengan Pengalaman Mengajar to join our vibrant elementary education team. This full‑time position is based in a dynamic learning environment that values creativity, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, engaging young learners in foundational subjects while integrating modern teaching tools, including social media platforms, to enrich the classroom experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver age‑appropriate lesson plans for primary school students, aligning with the national curriculum and school standards.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Utilize creative teaching methods, such as storytelling, games, and digital media, to foster a love of learning.
- Maintain classroom discipline and nurture a respectful, inclusive atmosphere that promotes mutual trust.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and support staff to design interdisciplinary projects and school events.
- Integrate social media and educational technology (e.g., educational apps, interactive whiteboards) to extend learning beyond the classroom.
- Prepare weekly reports on student performance, attendance, and classroom activities for school leadership.
- Participate in professional development workshops and school meetings to stay current with educational best practices.
- Engage with parents through regular communication, parent‑teacher conferences, and community outreach programs.
- Support extracurricular activities and school initiatives that enhance student social and emotional growth.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) or a related education field.
- Female candidates only, in accordance with school policy for this specific role.
- Age: preferably between 22 and 35 years old.
- At least 0 years of teaching experience (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome).
- Demonstrated responsibility, honesty, and strong discipline in professional settings.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design innovative learning activities.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital tools for educational purposes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
