Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, filing, and archiving of all operational documents, including shipping manifests, purchase orders, and delivery receipts.
  • Maintain inventory records by conducting regular stock counts, updating database entries, and reporting discrepancies to the logistics manager.
  • Coordinate with transportation providers to schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
  • Support the administrative team with daily office tasks such as data entry, email correspondence, and telephone inquiries.
  • Prepare routine reports on logistics performance, inventory levels, and operational KPIs for senior management review.
  • Help organize and monitor the storage area, keeping it clean, orderly, and compliant with safety regulations.
  • Provide on‑site assistance during peak periods, including loading and unloading of shipments, to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues related to order fulfillment, documentation errors, or delivery delays.
  • Utilize basic computer applications (MS Office, inventory software) to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, contributing ideas for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Gender: Male (preference) – however, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Age: Maximum 32 years.
  • Honesty, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
  • Clean and well‑presented appearance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

  • Own transportation is a plus, facilitating punctuality and flexibility.

  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
