Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging one‑on‑one or small‑group tutoring sessions in accounting topics such as financial statements, bookkeeping, cost accounting, and tax basics.
- Assess each learner’s current skill level, identify knowledge gaps, and design customized lesson plans that align with academic curricula and professional certification requirements.
- Prepare and distribute practice exercises, case studies, and real‑world financial scenarios to reinforce theoretical concepts.
- Provide timely feedback on assignments, quizzes, and mock examinations, highlighting strengths and offering actionable improvement strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and billing hours in accordance with company standards.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest accounting standards (IFRS, PSAK) and emerging financial technologies to ensure instructional relevance.
- Collaborate with fellow tutors and curriculum developers to continuously improve course materials and teaching methodologies.
- Participate in scheduled meetings on Mondays through Saturdays, from 08:00 to 17:00, to coordinate schedules and discuss student outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates with higher degrees (S2/S3) are highly valued.

- Demonstrated proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Zahir, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office suite.
