Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Collector for our Sijunjung branch (ADMF HI) to join a dynamic multifinance team. This role is integral to maintaining healthy cash flow by ensuring timely collection of overdue accounts receivable (A/R). As a collector, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers with outstanding balances, applying strong negotiation and communication skills while upholding the highest standards of integrity and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue accounts, ensuring all payments are received within the agreed timelines.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly aging reports to identify high‑risk accounts and prioritize collection actions.
- Contact borrowers via phone, email, and in‑person visits to discuss payment options, negotiate settlements, and resolve disputes.
- Document all collection activities in the company’s CRM system, maintaining precise records for audit and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with the credit, sales, and legal teams to develop tailored repayment plans and, when necessary, initiate legal proceedings.
- Provide regular status updates to supervisors, highlighting collection performance against targets and any emerging trends.
- Educate customers on the benefits of timely payments and the consequences of defaults, promoting financial responsibility.
- Continuously improve collection strategies by staying informed about industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 (any major) preferred.
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; 1+ year of experience in collections or a related finance role is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of multifinance business processes and a target‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency with standard office software and familiarity with CRM or loan management systems.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
