Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Store Administrator (Administrator Toko Penjualan) to join our growing retail team at our Pelaihari branch. This role is essential for maintaining smooth daily operations, supporting sales staff, and ensuring that all administrative processes are handled with accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, reliable, and comfortable working with standard office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Process daily sales transactions, reconcile cash registers, and prepare end‑of‑day reports.
  • Maintain inventory records, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with the procurement team for re‑ordering.
  • Prepare and file purchase orders, invoices, and other financial documents in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist in scheduling staff shifts, recording attendance, and managing leave requests.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a courteous and solution‑focused attitude.
  • Generate regular performance reports for store managers, highlighting sales trends and operational issues.
  • Ensure that the store complies with health, safety, and security regulations.
  • Support promotional activities by preparing marketing materials, updating product displays, and tracking campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales floor team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Maintain an organized filing system, both digital and physical, for all administrative documents.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; SMK preferred.
  • Open to candidates of any gender; however, the current posting emphasizes a female candidate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to generate spreadsheets, pivot tables, and basic formulas.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Honest, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information.

  • No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
