Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Credit Analyst (Analis Kredit) to join our dynamic credit team in Balikpapan, Kalimantan. In this role you will play a pivotal part in evaluating loan applications, safeguarding the portfolio against risk, and supporting the company’s growth objectives within the multifinance sector. Responsibilities
- Serve as an active member of the credit committee, contributing insights and voting on loan approvals.
- Conduct thorough deduplication checks, assess additional or repeat orders, and flag potential black‑list candidates.
- Perform comprehensive creditworthiness analyses and render decisions on applications, prioritizing prudence at approval level 1 and using the SAP approval form.
- Verify all supporting documentation submitted by borrowers, ensuring completeness and authenticity.
- Prepare detailed recommendation reports and distribute them to senior committee members for final review.
- Apply corporate credit policies and standard operating procedures consistently across all cases.
- Analyze key performance indicator (KPI) data to identify trends, root‑cause issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, legal, and risk departments to resolve complex credit inquiries.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of regulatory changes affecting the multifinance industry.
- Participate in periodic training sessions and contribute to the development of credit policy documentation.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 degree in any discipline with a GPA of at least 2.75.
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands‑on experience as a Credit Analyst in a financing or banking environment; experience in a multifinance company is a strong advantage.
- Technical Skills:
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of credit policy creation and SOP development.
- Familiarity with data mining, statistical analysis, and credit scoring models.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
- Creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities.

- Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
